With a Supremo Business plan, ACME Ltd. can use the same activation code for all 5 PCs in its lab. This allows the technicians to control up to 3 remote machines at the same time. In other words, all 3 technicians can connect to 1 remote machine at the same time (the machine can be the same for all 3), or 1 technician can control 3 remote machines at the same time from only one device, or other combinations can be activated, but only a maximum of 3 remote sessions at the same time.
If ACME needs 4 simultaneous remote sessions (also known as control), the company must purchase an additional connection.
This purchase can be made in connection with the subscription of the plan or at another time by accessing the reserved area of our website.
