Version 2 (hereinafter "the Company," "we," "us," or "our") and our employees respect the privacy rights of individuals ("you," "your," "customer") who provide personal data through our websites, products, or services. We are committed to complying with the relevant provisions of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
This document (hereinafter "this Statement") explains our policies and practices concerning the purposes for which the Company collects personal data, including but not limited to the collection, use, disclosure, transfer, and protection of customer personal data. The Company may modify or update this Statement from time to time. Any such changes will be published on the Company's website and/or communicated to customers in writing via email.

The personal data collected by the Company (as defined in the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance) includes, but is not limited to, the following:
1. Information automatically recorded when you visit our websites, such as your IP address, Browse session details (including duration of visit and pages viewed), Browse history, and related device, software, and hardware information.
2. Information you provide when using and/or registering for the Company's products and services, including but not limited to, personally identifiable information such as your name, telephone number, email address, and other customer data you provide during the use and/or registration process; and
3. Personal data voluntarily provided by you to the Company.
4. If you are under the age of eighteen (18), consent from your parent or legal guardian must be obtained before you provide any personal data to the Company.
5. To support the Company's business operations, the Company will collect your personal data in the following circumstances:
i) When you browse or use the Company's websites or applications;
ii) When you purchase or register for the Company's products or services and/or use the Company's products or services;
iii) When you contact the Company with inquiries or complaints regarding products or services;
iv) When you participate in the Company's lucky draws, promotional campaigns, or market research surveys.
Article 2: Use of Personal Data
1. To provide you with services, including but not limited to processing your orders, arranging for the delivery of purchased goods, providing updates on goods delivery status, and offering customer support and related news.
2. For the Company's internal reference and purposes, including but not limited to improving service quality, administrative management, market planning and promotion, and customer service.
3. To enhance the services of the Company and its affiliated companies, including but not limited to establishing customer databases, communicating relevant product promotions and service messages, and conducting other feasible data analysis and statistics.
4. The Company will retain and use the information you provide, including but not limited to personal data and transaction records. The Company is committed to not using your personal data in any manner inconsistent with this Statement. We will retain such data for a reasonable period necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law, after which it will be securely deleted or anonymized.
Article 3: Disclosure and Transfer of Data
1. To achieve the purposes outlined in Article 1 and Article 2 of this Statement, and when necessary for these purposes, your personal data may be disclosed or transferred.
2. The Company will not disclose or transfer your personal data to non-affiliated companies without your consent, except as otherwise permitted or required by law.
3. If you engage in webpage content sharing and/or other social activities through products or services provided by the Company, the Company will not disclose personal data collected about you to third parties in a manner that could personally identify you without your consent, unless such sharing is an inherent function of the service used or you have chosen to make such information public.
Article 4: Access and Correction of Personal Data
1. According to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Chapter 486 of the Laws of Hong Kong), you have the right to request access to and correction of your personal data held by the Company.
2. To make such a request to the Company, you may contact the relevant responsible person or department in writing, as detailed in Article 7. The Company may charge a reasonable fee for processing data access requests.
3. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete personal data to the Company. If there are any changes to your personal data, you are responsible for contacting the Company as soon as reasonably practicable to ensure your data remains accurate.
Article 5: Security
1. Personal data you provide to the Company will be properly and securely stored in the Company's computer systems and will be accessible only by authorized personnel who have a legitimate need to access it for the purposes outlined herein.
2. The Company maintains strict employee codes of conduct and implements appropriate and feasible security measures to ensure that employees will not use customer personal data in any manner inconsistent with the provisions of this Statement and to safeguard it.
Article 6: Applicable Regions for Product Licensing
The Company is an exclusive agent/distributor for designated products in the Hong Kong region. Product licenses for home-use versions are generally applicable for activation and use only within the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region or Macau Special Administrative Region, as specified by the product's licensing terms.
